Homeowrk and Holes Final Projects

Tonight's homework is to complete the Social Studies worksheet.

This week in class we have devoted time to work on completing the final projects for Holes.
It is such a pleasure to each how hard all of the students are working!!! During work time in class I have been privileged to see all of your creative ideas and performance skills.

Get ready for an exciting viewing of Disney's version of Holes, complete with some special treats!!! Author Louis Sachar actually worked on developing the developing the screenplay. To learn more, read "Holes The Novel/The Movie" in the back of your Holes book.

Over the Weekend

Hi, I hope you are all having a great weekend and enjoying the festivities! Remember to bring a clean copy of Step #4 of your Personal Narrative for Writer's Workshop on Monday. Step #4 includes all self-editing corrections as well as peer-editing corrections.
Remember, our Holes test will be on Friday the 23rd. Please look over the study guide and bring in any questions you may have.

What a Surprise!

Thank You to all my wonderful students who put so much effort and planning into throwing a great surprise birthday party this afternoon! I am so glad you all worked together as one big class. What an impressive display of Achdus!

Your LA homework for this evening is to complete the Holes Review question sheet for Ch. 30-38 (double sided).
For SS you need to read the Mesopotamia packet and complete the open-notes Quiz. Make sure to define the key terms in your SS notes.
